March 24^th:  The List of Effective Pages and Summary Page in Revision 01 April 07 are not correct – both are missing a reference to Bulletin # 20 (green pages), which has an effective date of March 27^th, 2007.  This Bulletin remains in place after April 1^st, the date the new revision is effective. 

Once you receive your Bulletin # 20, insert it on or before March 27^th, and they do not effect the insertion of the April 1^st revision, and should not be removed until instructed.

January 4^th:  Just as a reminder, Revision 21 with an effective date of 01 JAN 07, was delivered late to most domiciles.  The deadline for inserting this revision has been extended until the 8^th of January.
